    4. Continued responsiveness to residents. Social media etc
    5. Continued support of our departments, contract and union bliss
    6. Continued development of business districts (State Street/ Queen Anne and Teaneck Road)

    1. Committee activated in 2019

    3. Ordinances and improvements began in 2020
    4. Continue improvements town wide
    5. Assure budgetary resources to accomplish goals

    1. Continue upgrading town wide blighted sites with smart development
    2. Commence redevelopment of Cedar Lane and Degraw business districts
    3. Utilize additional revenue to support all of the above
