Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We are cancelling Saturday night’s planned Eat & Greet at Sender’s.
By now, many have seen that large gatherings and meeting spaces have been cancelled in the Rodda Center, Library and Town Hall
(you can read the Township’s 3/11 Press Release here).
While we believe the task of explaining our message to you one on one is a basic building block in establishing the wide coalition we need to move Teaneck forward, we will be cancelling Saturday night’s Eat and Greet, until we can be assured that such gatherings will not hinder public safety responses underway by the Township and Health.
Please note that we were not directed to cancel and no requirements to do so have been issued for the campaigns, at this time.
We are taking this precautionary measure because social distancing efforts are more important than campaigning, today.
